When will my order ship?
Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. pacific time Monday-Friday are processed the following business day. Please allow one to two business days for order fulfillment.
All orders are shipped via FedEx unless otherwise stated.
We DO NOT ship to post office boxes (P.O. Boxes).
Business days include Monday through Friday and exclude Holidays.

Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of your order, where you are located, and the type of shipping you choose. You will always know the cost of shipping before you finalize your order, so feel free to add items to your cart and begin the checkout process to get a quote.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to your registered email.
Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you're not completely satisfied with a product, Let it Ride will gladly exchange or refund the purchase within 30 days of the sale date, except as noted below:
For any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt or a confirmation number of the purchase in our system, and the product must be in its original condition, including the box, packaging, tags, and all accessories.
We are unable to return sunglasses. For all issues regarding sunglasses you must contact the factory associated with that particular brand.
All swim and undergarments are non refundable.
Do not remove plastic cover from skateboard decks, it is an industry standard that skateboards cannot be resold as individual decks once plastic cover is removed. We cannot accept returns if plastic cover is removed from deck.
Pre-assembled custom-complete-skateboards cannot be returned.
Charges for shipping services are non refundable after the services have been performed except for any product received that is either not the product ordered or deemed defective by us. We will exchange the item at no additional cost upon verification. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Return Policy on items marked as "Free Shipping" - The product must be returned in new, unused condition, in its original box and securely packed inside of a protective shipping box.All items returned that were marked or shipped as "FREE SHIPPING" will have the actual shipping charges deducted from any refund or credit. Items being returned for exchange will be charged an additional shipping charge when items are reshipped.
You may return any merchandise purchased online via mail provided that the return meets these guidelines:
Merchandise purchased online through letitrideshop.com, which meets the refunds, and returns guidelines above, may be returned via mail to our authorized return center. Before returning anything by mail to us, you first must obtain Return Authorization by calling 509-315-4618 or Toll Free 866-480-4761.
Any returns mailed to us without a pre-approved Return Authorization may be refused without notice, and automatically returned with a handling fee assessed. A Return Authorization is valid for 10 days.
You will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns, unless otherwise indicated. If you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in conformity with this policy, the purchase price will be credited to your credit card. Allow 14 days (not including delivery time for mail refunds) from when we accept your returned product for the processing of your credit. Additional charges may be assessed for products returned with any missing items. For product that we verify to be defective, we will reimburse you for your original shipping expense on the product that you return or exchange.
